We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The Candlemakers Apartments is a collection of luxury loft-style apartments, converted from The Price’s Candle Factory, a Victorian warehouse constructed in 1850. The apartments range from one to four bedrooms, and were created by architect Paul Brookes and interior designer, Carter Tyberghein. The homes are on the corner of Battersea’s York Road, close to Clapham Junction and the River Thames.

A well designed development with lifts and easy access for all blocks within the whole development. There are well thought out communal bin spaces a very friendly and thoughtful caretaker available. The entry points on each side are useful and the light featurs in the courtyard and well tended florals make for a positive experience. Please tell us what you like and/or dislike about this location: Like that it is close to the river. dislike the main road, apartments on the side of york road can get a lot of noise. Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in: Try and go for an apartment not near the main road also a lot of building wokr going on nearby
