The development is made up of 198 apartments and houses and is on the site of Cannon Brewery, which dates back to the 17th century. It was converted into residential units by architect Hamilton Associates.

The Development is relatively new and improvements are made on a regular basis. In a year time, hallways have been repainted and stairs rebuffed. Security is guaranteed with 24h concierge doing rounds in each building. Cleaning on commune areas is good but could be done more often.
