I have lived in the area for close to five years and moved to Blackhorse Mills on a temporary basis when I needed a bigger space. It was an absolutely ideal place to live with no other development having this level of facilities (gym, pool, co-working space, tennis courts, bar, private dining rooms for free hire!!). I could not fault the development and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to rent in London. All the facilities combined with the proximity to the station can not be beaten. The staff on-site are so helpful and will respond immediately if there any issues in the flat.

There’s a lot to love about living here, especially the communal spaces and how they nurture a real sense of community. We have lived here for 3+ years and have met some wonderful people in this time. I also love the gym and the pool, they are well maintained and all the staff here are helpful and personable. As a dog owner, I find the space for dogs somewhat disappointing and wish that we could have a larger more natural space for our dogs to be off lead. Our current ‘dog park’ isn’t fit for purpose but still grateful to have some lovely dog walking options close by.

The design of the flat itself is lovely, very light and spacious with very nice but also practical furniture. The shared spaces are also very well thought out and always very clean. The security makes you feel very safe living here. If there is ever anything wrong the building management team are quick to respond too.

The building design & aesthetic is very high end ~ the quality of the apartments furniture & fit out is exceptional. There are plenty of amenities that make the property attractive. Staff very accommodating. Some areas look tired & in need of a repaint / replacement / deep clean. Limited plants on the first floor communal outdoor areas (unlike all the exterior planting) otherwise the development is very green & homely. I’ve lived here 4 years & am very happy with the facilities.

On the whole a great place to live but often times decisions are made with no consultation with residents. Examples of this include changes to the postal system, change of dog park set up. I understand that there has been disappointment from some in the community on this.
