appalling service from Bellway . 2 years i have been waiting for my rear garden to be repaired. it was laid unevenly at the beginning and we were told to wait for it to settle. it flooded , we waited again. then a new drain was dug , this failed so another drain was dug. this also failed. i now have no access to 2/3 of my garden because Bellway are incapable of sorting the issue. unbelievably , to complain about the issue you need to go through the dept. that is handling it , then trust that they escalate it ???
