The houses are quite close with many backing on side ways so you may be over looked. Any issues I’ve had property management have been easy to get in touch with and fixed speedy. It’s a shame the development doesn’t have a playground on it.

I always get quick respond and support from property management. Home has very good design and is very comfortable living in this property. It is very useful has own garden. Area is very clean, the company clean street and cut grass around development.

Property is managed well, easy to contact management if concerns arise. Happy with the design of the development and layout. Good pathways for easy access to walk around the development, aesthetically pleasing to look at when driving in. Shrubs, bushes and greenery is maintained well.

The development is lovely to look at and you can tell people take pride in their homes. I know many of the houses on the development are in talks with councillors to renovate the local park and install various prevention techniques for people who use the development as a cut through on their dirt bikes etc. Property management could be better as I have emailed about unsafe bushes at the front of the house that block our view of oncoming traffic and nothing has been done about it, yet I am not allowed to trim them myself according to my tenancy agreement. It also seems to be one rule for one house and another rule for others as we were made to remove the seasonal Christmas lights we had up yet another house has still got theirs up.

It is good that all tile installation must to full height to avoid moisture stain on the painted wall, and also the mirror of the toilet must be larger to easy to make up. And I prefer wooden floor instead of carpet which more easier to clean and avoid dust
