A well-situated, modern development with good access to the city. The properties are very energy efficient, with no gas connection, and communal boilers/heating systems, the EPC rating for my apartment is a B, which is about as good as it gets.

Look nice and green plants at front but what about parking. Also when cars up our drives we are unable to pull out due to parked cars no consideration to previous Tenants . Play areas needs as broken park and families in flats one bedrooms or 2 but family’s in flats with no play area. Traffic lights and dusty cars and windows through out building

The apartment we purchased was designed well with a modern, white theme which can be furnished according to all tastes. Having the extra bathroom is also an added bonus which is not available in a lot of new builds. The management company currently overseeing the development have some good systems in place too.

The development has been planned in harmony with the surrounding area. Some of the buildings do not exceed 3 storeys which gives a sense of residential area without making the whole development a massive conglomerate of flats. I had some defects in my flat but those have been repaired immediately.
