We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Good value for what you pay and the concierge service very good. Neighbours are quite friendly too. The design of the property is pretty modern though it has been existing for over 10 yes now. The property managers are quite reliable and better than the previous company.

One of the things which is good about living in this area is that it's easily connected to central London and there are plenty of transport links, making it easier to travel. On the other hand, theres usually a lot of traffic within the area, hence to why they've made clipper boats accessible.

Team gym isn't great doesn't have any windows. Management isn't very good and there are issues that haven't been resolved in the 4 years that I've lived here. The park is beautiful next door and is very convenient for the dlr.

Safety: the development is very secure and safe, lots of parking and there is a gym that all apartments can access. Amenities: there is a Starbucks 2 minutes away and a Sainsbury's local 3 minutes away. Most of the developments in the area are quite new so the area is very well presented, and well kept. There is security in the right that walk around Royal Wharf, as mentioned before, it feels very safe. The look of Barrier Point is very holiday like and is right next to a lovely park!

The infrastructure is lovely and has good parking and a lot of it. It is right next to the park so it is easy for my children to go out and play. Sainsbury's is close by for quick needed shops. Right by the Thames so nice view.
