The development itself is lovely. Plenty of open space and greenery. The water fountains make you feel like you're on holiday, especialy when it's sunny. It feels very secure. Having a 24 hour concierge is so helpful. Lots of open space, trees, plants

easy, convenient location, secure, close to parks/shops/restaurants etc short wal kto upper street and Anagel even if you dotn have a parking spot you cna secure use of one via concierge/noticeboards close 2 two tubes, the overground and many buses. a short bike ride good bike parking, short bike ride to the city and Kings cross redevelopments great open spaces near arundel square, islington green and Paradise park for games and excercising pleanty pf good primaries and nurseries around

The estate is a mixture of new build and redevelopent of Victorian school buildings. The new and the old blend very well due to the choice of materials, and architectural design. The estate is managed quite professionally, and the common areas are kept in immaculate conditions.

Drummond Way (which is what Barnsbury Place was re-named when it was completed) is a particularly fantastic location. It’s very close to the tube, London Overground (Caledonian Road & Barnsbury is just a 5 min walk and links up to many places) and several bus routes. Despite the quiet location it’s just a short walk to lots of shops, bars and restaurants in Upper Street. The development itself is lovely. Plenty of open space and greenery. It feels very secure. Having a 24 hour concierge is so helpful. The only issue we have had with Mount Anvil is that they refused to help out with queries we had about the flat after we’d bought it. When you spend the best part of a million quid on somewhere that they built you’d hope they’d show a bit more interest…!

I think Barnsbury Place is very beautiful, especially when compared to other developments in the area. It has a charm and a real communal atmosphere, unlike many modern developments that lack character, The main advantage of this place is the 24 hour concierge service. The team are wonderful and very helpful with any queries. The management team are also great. They are always pretty quick to respond. The development has green areas and the beautiful water fountain that looks stunning when lit up at night. For being in central London, the development is particularly quiet and serene.
