We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

There's only like 20 parking spaces to about 120 flats surrounding it. Only those lucky early buyers have the chance to purchase a parking spot. The street leading to the car "residential car park" is private and you will get fined if you park there, even if you're a owner of one of the flats within the development. I was told the street next to the development are single yellow lined and "flat residents" can park there, and that area will eventually be permit holders only which sounded normal and acceptable at the time. So I had been parking on the next street for months. today new signs have been put up stating no parking Mon - Sat 7:30-8pm (for everyone). I checked with council and the street will be entirely made to "cashless payment only" parking spots..... So parking is a problem. The management is even worse. Entrance door has been broken since at least 4-5 months ago and it's still broken 5 months later. People reported to the management and the only reply people would ever get is "we're doing our best to finding someone to fix it". Unbelievable.

The parking policy is silly as the owner will get a fine ticket on their own parking space. But B & B visitors can park their car in the visitor space if they can show an owner permit (B & B has many permits as many cars has been parking when holidays). The homeowner needs to apply early and give the car plate no before the friend comes to visit. No office of the parking control company but only call to apply. You don't know when will you get the permit? And only 10 times are allowed means only 10 days are available for friends. The parking problem mainly happened to homeowners but was convenient to B & B as the visitor parking space could only be used by them. This is the worst and most confusing policy I have seen

Overall the design and property is pretty good. I’d have preferred to not pay for extra things such as shaver points and a shower in one bathroom. The managers have always been very polite and helpful to us. The kitchen is a little small once fully fitted but the top bedroom is brilliant for space

Great design very modern, nice big windows which make each room feel light and airy. Kitchen, dinning and living room feel very spacious. Grass, shrubs, hallway and bin store well maintained and kept neat. Property management send letters and keep updated, easy to get a hold of.

Design of the inside of the property is generally good and built well. Parking is a big issue though, with only 1 resident parking space per house (4 bedroom house), which is not enough for a 4 bedroom house. Visitor parking spaces are also limited and are managed poorly by the property management team (ground solutions). Paying for a property management team who do not take into account the opinions of the residents when it comes to parking regulations/ concerns.
