Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I would say it is the best place to stay in that to in City Center with all the amenities and to do socialize. Traffic noise is not even much but you can see a beautiful view outside balcony.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was responded to all the queries raised immediately. Mr Abu also helped on the day we came here for the stay. Mattress was missing so when informed Mr Kishore he Immediately arranged to get the new one.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn’t aware about the social practices followed so nicely. I was told that they arrange get to get hers which I thought it is just for sake of doing it but it was actually meant and followed.

very nice accommodation! Convenient! Peace! And cleaning. I like my receptionist Abdul very much! He was very helpful to us when we checked in and helped us follow up the garage contract in time!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

everything is good！ The staff were very polite and helpful. Express delivery is also very safe. And our trash room is back in time. The stairs are also cleaned daily. Every resident who lives here has a great experience. There are many cute dogs in the building. Everyone was very polite.

Living at Aston Place has been a great experience. The area is vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to every taste and need. The transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station providing easy and quick access to the city center and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of living for their tenants. Any issues or maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, ensuring that the property is always in top condition. Specially the guy named ( Abdul) he is very helpful guy.

The location of Aston place is really amazing and near to the train station

The building is located in the heart of the city with proximity to the train station, restaurants and all shops. It is rare to find. The area is also safe and you can go out evening late in the night

Honestly so far no disappointment. I am happy and wouldn’t change anything. Thank you

Good area Very close to everything Parking available on site. Very close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants

Quick response. Easy access We can call them from the home and they will respond to all the issues and problems pretty quickly.

Love everything about this place I wish I knew about the storage space which is a little less compared to normal
