It’s home to a selection of one and two bedroom apartments, and located opposite Canning Town station. From here, residents can expect an easy commute into Bank, Canary Wharf and Bond Street via the DLR or Jubilee line.

Amazing lobby, unique design.
The concierge is amazing, big space for work, study or see some TV and movies. Also, there’s an area to play games and a few games available.
The gym is not that big but has everything you need. Also, you have a space to have an amazing gym class.
The departments’ overall design is gorgeous and clean, feels like a hotel room, and the amazing thing is that they help you with everything you need, and that’s a great experience.

Very good location, in front of the Canning town station where you have connections with the city or other parts.
The area is in construction but worth it because good things are coming.
You have Morrisons (big) and Coop near to the building, also there’s a few restaurants in the area like Mcdonalds, KFC, subway and other restaurants.

Always there for whatever you need, any problem or things to repair they will be there right away.
We love living at Argo!
We’re happy tenants at Argo. The property is kept clean and the building management team is really here to make our stay as best as possible, always happy to support and quick to respond to our queries.
The location, opposite the station and now seconds away from the big Morrisons makes it an ideal place to live.
The roof terraced has been a life saver during lockdown and even during lazy day when we don’t feel like heading to the park but still want to stretch our legs and get some fresh air.

The parking access to get to Morrisons during rainy days.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I wish we didn’t have the Annual rent increase, that makes the flat very expensive to live in.
Great amenities and good location
Flats are very spacious. Facilities are great. Best of all is the excellent support team. Good appliances and furniture in the apartments. Rooftop garden is great for the summer. Ive had maintenance issues and they’ve been fixed urgently. Internet however is patchy and can be frustratingly slow

Excellent location near canning town. A huge Morrisons next door. Lots of cafes with great food

The heating charges can be expensive due to a very high daily rate. This we werent aware of previously

Yes, had small issues previously and I’ve had timely response and resolutions
Well connected and fresh!
Great development and design with facilities that are really nice to use. The concierge service is great and your things are secure whilst with them. Currently most additional services are unavailable during covid. The convenience of a full sized Morrison’s supermarket is hard to beat!

The area is well connected being right next to the tube station and nearby to Canary Wharf and Stratford via those routes.

Underground car park access to other parts of the development such as Morrison’s.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have rejected the rent increase I complained about, and used copy paste answers to discuss it at first. Other issues were fixed fast.
Amazing place to live
We lived in Argo for 3 years, it has been a great experience. Very helpful and friendly stuff, great gym and amenities like guest hotel room and large dining room to rent. There is also an amazing games room with pingpong table. Flats are very well designed for everyday living with great storing areas. 24H concierge is amazing, there is always someone to take packages.

Rent increases every year but it is in the contract.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very responsive on emails and also in person at the concierge. During pandemic they also helped printing some return labels which is super helpful.
Excellent facilities and management in great location
The facilities are good (gym, dinning room, rooftop area), property management is excellent, staff are friendly and very helpful with any issues. The management of post/parcels is very good.
It would be good if there was an app for residents to book facilities, repairs etc. I don’t think there is at the moment?

Pros: location is great, close to shops, transport etc.
Cons: the area itself is loud and a concrete jungle but that goes hand in hand with city living! There’s not much parking available, the only parking available is streets away or, for an extra fee, underground. The bins are unreliable and poorly designed.

I find the layout of the flat itself is a bit awkward

Great view, very convenient to commute. A lot of facilities opened within the last year! Worth the money, especially the higher floors have better view if you are considering to buy or rent. On top of the Starbucks and Pret, has a gym right inside the building with windows -non dodgy. But if you are interested in bigger gym there is the Gym right under the next building

Very nice place to live with a lot of communal areas. The best is the building administration. They are very serious and helpful. They are there to help you anytime you need. We love to live there. =)
