We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

This is a modern development in a very convenient location for transport links. The interior design is modern and simple, works well on its own or as a good canvas to personalise your flat in whichever style. My flat in particular has several big windows and there's always a fantastic amount of light coming through, it's breezy and lovely. Energy ratings for the building are fantastic and so is the internet speed. There's also cameras all around which makes the building feel very safe. Property management has been very friendly and is available at most times in the lobby. There's also two communal rooftop terraces and working spaces.

The facilities design is good but missing the luxury touch. The parking space is little pit small and tiny. The access to the parking is not easy, and during matches it will be closed. The management of the building is poor since I get in my apartment before one week and I found some deficiencies such as painting and bathroom door was not closing well and the fridge was not working. I have contacted Apo management several times via email and phone calls but they just fixed it after one week of my occupancy.

We lived at Apo Kew Bridge from Sept 2022 to Jan 2024, and it was by far the best and happiest place we have ever lived. Unforeseen circumstances meant we had to leave, but we hope to return soon as we have truly loved our time there. We stayed in two separate furnished apartments during our time, a two-bed and a studio and both were fantastic - lots of natural light, great furniture provided and a fantastic amount of space. The co-working and shared spaces have been amazing as we both worked from home the majority of the time. It allowed us to work from home without going mad like in lockdown! The gym is brilliant also. What makes Apo particularly special though is the team. They have been great to us throughout our time there, always incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful.

Nice and warm house. Everything works fine. Managers are very friendly and responsive. Area is almost quiet cos there’s just a couple of buildings in the development and the area is fenced off from free passage by the railway. You can only see masses of people on the days of football games. Gym and workspace are good. Cons: a little bit strange feeling when you see the facilities so used in the buildings opened for residents in just 2022. Walls in common areas are craving to be repainted already especially on a first floors same as some coaches in this areas needs a deep cleaning sometimes. But overall the experience is great.

Great design of the building and facilities are very convenient weather you working from home and need to use office space or if you need to rest and do some yoga, excersises. However, apartments designed poorly in terms of layout and storage space. There is no space to keep any extra furniture like shoe rack, coats or extra wardrobe for the bedroom as the space is very small. (the wardrobe they provide is only small one two doors, its not enough even for one person and there are no shelves). Space is great only if you have one suitcase and not planning to stay there for a long period of time. Windows are overlooking other buildings and you can see through your neighbours apartment very clearly. Lastly they could develop dark glass windows from outside.
