I am writing about Verna building the private side . The building very nice well built my issues are the developer was not honest and explain everything for example heat and hot water they never said it is prepaid meter The flat does not have any landlines jack after sale they don't bother with any complaints not related to building warranty. On the other hand most problems with LQ the managing agent I moved is October 2022 I have a case with antisocial behaviours from that time they never take any action they don't answer any email contact person never available. If you listen to their voice mail first thing they threaten caller that they will hang up if they don't like the tone of your voice. Repairs takes longer time. You can never discuss any issue with a person specifically serves charge issue .most important thing to LQ collecting money without any disclosure.

Building design is ok, the flats are quite big and well divided, flats are also very well insulated so easy to keep them warm in winter. Housing association could be better and more proactive to keep the building well maintained. Not enough parking spaces for all residents.

The modern design is ok. I feel quite safe thanks to the several doors you need to reach our flat. There are some problems with deliveries, as it is not clear how to locate a flat. Sometimes there have been some parcels stolen. Very bad thing is that sometimes there is no hot water (amd therefore no heating), it would be also good to have this communicated via sms or email

Communal areas management and property management require further investment from LQ to treat residents with the wellbeing and safety we deserve. LQ staff tries their best but clearly require more help. Recurring issues with water supply. Affects several buildings

The buildings overall are well designed and the quality is sufficient but a bit of more attention could have been given to small details on finishing like doors,painting, skirting… the management is definitely poor and need big improvement same as the maintenance of the communal green areas.
