We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Academy place is a very residential, family friendly area where people are very neighbourly. The houses are all 3 stories and are very well designed. All rooms are of a good size and the master bedroom has an ensuite. There are also 2 family bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The downstairs living room is very open and every house has a garden.

We moved in, in January and the whole process was quite easy for us, coming straight from Pakistan. Sometimes the water has been cut off for about 2 weeks but they’ve let us known beforehand which is nice of them. Our landlord is lovely, when we first moved in we wanted to change our beds and he quickly done that for us! I do wish we had a better kitchen, an open plan kitchen isn’t great when we’re always cooking with strong spices and those can smell it in the living room.

It could be more spacious, slightly cramped. The finishing are good quality. Safe neighbourhood and dev is nice looking. Parking is great since we have two car spaces for our cars. A lot of repairs need of repairs especially water issues and take ling to reply.

My house in academy place is very spacious, when we first moved in it was very big! It’s really good for families. It was modern too and doesn’t look old at all. The house is of really good quality and nothing has broken for us here. The transport links are really good here too, only 20 minutes to get to central London.

I’ve been living here for a really long time! I’ve had a good feel of the area and estate as aa whole. The neighbours all get a long, there were some noisy neighbours before but they moved out and the whole place is quiet. My house itself is great and I can’t fault it.
