Excellent quality and we spend most of time inside the apartment building – cozy communal areas where I can WHF with complimentary coffees and small green park where I can take a walk with my pet when tired, and modern and clean apartment which makes me very comfortable. Feel as if I live in a luxury hotel.

Perfect for having a modern and convenient life – a lot of choices of restaurants (price and kind of dishes), supermarkets and other stores, where you can live only in the small Canary Wharf. Can enjoy fresh air in many parks within waling distance with glittering river, which makes my life comfortable especially covid and WFH environment.

When Virgin wi-fi service become available – did not know it would take up to 3 days to have registration for the service
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
First aid people came promptly and explained why/how issues occurred clearly – as it was complicated one (water leakage), they connected immediately to the right people and all resolved soon.
Amazing building for short term stay.
The design of the building is very modern and contemporary which makes the building stand out. In regards to facilities, the building has all the amenities required for its residents such as different types of common rooms to relax. The concierge is very helpful and kind in terms of any inquiries I have about my stay.

The building is in the prime location for everything in terms of amazing restaurants, supermarkets, gym, and station.

I wish I would’ve known that the gaming console in the common area only has one controller so I could’ve brought my own controller to play with.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have always been responsive to help with my personal needs.
Heidi and Lisa at the concierge have been absoloutely wonderful.
Heidi and Lisa at the concierge have been absoloutely wonderful. The design is outstanding. My only issue was the fact that there is no flexibility regarding the contract and the fact that people would not answer the phone.

Amazing place to live
The building management team are absolutely fantastic and the concierge team are super friendly especially Lisa and Heidi! They have an especially good knowledge of the wine selection 😉 The communal facilities are really comfortable too and is always kept clean

Really excellent location and facilities but the deliveries from the convenience store downstairs is a little noisy! Security is amazing second to none!

It would have been useful to know a complete picture of all the commercial tenancies that had been agreed before we moved in.

Queries and issues are always dealt with promptly and efficiently

All modern and nice. So far no problem. pretty close to underground and nice parcel system. Staff friendly. A little bit issue is when I have my balcony doors shut, my phone doesn’t have good connections besides wifi. Hope this problem can be solved soon.

The building is great, the concierge team are fantastic.
The building is great, the concierge team are fantastic. Lisa, Heidi and Tom are great, always extremely helpful and friendly. They make the days working from downstairs in the shared workspace that little bit better. The cleaners are always helpful and friendly too and do a great job of keeping the place immaculate.

I never had any concerns or required further information prior to moving in. Everything was detailed at the start.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There haven’t been any issues so far that have required building management.

The design is very impressive. Anything you could think of is available or nearby. Gym membership, rooftop access, lounges, and bookable private areas to relax and unwind with friends and family. The management are very helpful and are always one button away, ready to assist in any matter thinkable. Heidi especially was very helpful and always went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.

The only bad thing I can talk about is the service, but this issue is not only in this building. Rather, this problem occurs all around Canary Wharf. Otherwise, this apartment and the building itself is extremely well designed. Heidi at the desk is a delight to talk to, and she’s always going out of her way to make sure the tenants are enjoying their stay.

Very swiftly. They helped with anything I needed and always made sure I was comfortable.

Wonderful modern apartment near central London
The internal management on site are quick to fix issues and are very prompt however it did take long to get my contract which wasnt ideal. However as i moved in the team have been amazing with onboarding. It feels like a hotel. The interiors are superb and will highly recommend this building. I also love the free 1 year third space membership

Love the Amazon fresh sharing a wall with the building. Its just a 2 minute walk to the Montgomery street exit of the Canary Wharf Jubilee line, 5 minutes to Heron Quays, 5-10 minutes to Poplar Station. Its just so accessible. Wonderful scenery of the financial district from my balcony.

Building facilities really good. Great amenities all around and decor. Only thing I would say is that management isn’t the quickest with on boarding new tenants however after on boarding, everything is amazing

Overall the 8 water street development is superb with great facilities and property management. It’s a great place to live, security is fantastic, staff are friendly, polite & extremely accommodating. I have been thoroughly enjoying my stay thus far!

Good – great amenities & great location however there is very few whole foods, holistic and worldwide food stores
Bad – no access to kids area at Newfoundland and there is no parking available

The staff are very thorough at giving a full insight into the overall development at the viewing and are always available for any follow up questions you may have

It’s worth the commute!!
Everything is very well designed.
Free coffee and tea for residents, large lounge area, friendly concierge, big roof top!
No gym/swimming pool but compensated with membership at third space – fantastic!
Everything is fresh and new so you don’t have to hide the ugly pillows.
