Being an interior designer lover this building is definitely a great development! The inside interior is very luxe and modern, the lounge area is great, there’s lift facility that works great, mail boxes are quite modern, outside area is huge, bin area is great design too, the door phone is very easy to use and very modern which adds to the modernity of the apartment development. Inside the apartment, all electrical machines are great quality they are hidden to match all the cupboards around the kitchen which again makes it look very modern and clean! Property management were very welcoming and very helpful with any information that we needed and super fast to reply to any enquires.

I absolutely love transport links in this area, that is something that is very important to me, many shopping centres, supermarkets, retail stores, banks and restaurants to choose from adding that Box park is 10 minutes away, great to chill out after long day at work!! Clean area and away from the high road which is better for less noise!!

We actually got a lot of information on the viewings and over the phone to the manager so we definitely got what we were expecting! But the only thing would be trying to park around the area is quite hard!
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature is the way they have designed the apartments, very luxe and for great price! The kitchen and bathroom are my favourites in the house!
Excellent location
Building has no additional facilities, for example gym or concierge, like others in the area and rent is increased every year. However, it is a new building, apartments are fully equipped and comfortable.

The location is very good. It is close to supermarkets and to the 2 main stations in Croydon that have great transport links.

They would be increasing the rent every year. Also, it is a pretty warm apartment and during summer is very difficult, as the windows don’t open completely on my floor and the apartment receives the sun in the afternoon.
What is the best feature of your home:
It is fully equipped, including dish washer. Windows are big and is very luminous.
Quit, Clean and Secure.
Very quiet area but still well connected. And because of the cameras installed everywhere in the building, I feel safe living here.
The property management is amazing, very quick response via email and if there is a problem so solve they handle everything for you.

Well connected area and full of any kind of shop you need within a few minutes of walk.

The only bad thing I can think of is the fact that having big windows on all side of your home can be a problem for some people. (Curtains can help.)
What is the best feature of your home:
Well connected, security cameras, responsive management. The apartment is well light by natural light from almost all sides.
Great place to rent/live
The building location is ideal for me. Safety and amenities are very important for me and this place is spot on from that perspective. The covid-19 related safety actions have been very good, the measures and guidelines have been very helpful.
The building management is very friendly and prompt.

There is no broadband service from broadband providers for the building

Every issue is addressed promptly. Never had any issues.
Bedford park, perfect to live
Building management is really good , start from Sowgol, she is a very lovely person.
Aimee and James are truly helpful all the time , nothing is missing from them. Facilities are really good.
I’m very happy to live here, I wouldn’t change for different place.

It’s perfect like it is, I really like to live here.
Convenient place to live
The design of the flat is great but sometimes in summer is too hot as windows cannot be fully opened.
Management is great but there are some problems with the lifts from time to time, and the bin room is also a bit messy sometimes.

The building is in a great location close to shops and supermarkets, and also pubs and restaurants like box park.
It is also quite close to the east and west Croydon train stations, including the tram, which is great for commuting .

I think that the flat is quite quiet, something that I like a lot, and may be too hot in the summer as the windows cannot be fully opened.
What is the best feature of your home:
What I like the most about the flat is its location. It’s a quiet place, good for commuting with plenty of shops around.

The facilities and inner decoration is excellent. I will definitely record me it to friends and family.
Room and living room space id also perfect with cute kitchen sets. All the other facilities, Wash machine, fridge and Freezer, dish washer etc. are all neat and clean.

The flat is closer to both East and West Croydon Station. Just a walking distance

Short Brief Summary
The building in general is nice ,quite and clean. So fat we dont have any problems with anyone in the building . Management is good they are inform us always on time for any changes in the building. The only things that I found is that is a bit hot when you walk in the corridor.

Brilliant Apartments to live with family
Property management team is very active and helpful in taking all the precautionary measures for the residents. All the proper care has been taken related in context of covid guidelines.. Residents are being informed well in advance of any maintenance work planned

I only found one thing which I wish would had noticed earlier was that the apaartament has no white lights installed … All the lights are yellow which sometimes look dull
What is the best feature of your home:
It’s beautiful apartment with very well fitted modern kitchen , spacious living area and bedroom
Modern living, in a central location at a great price!!
The development for what it offers and what I pay per month is a great steal price.
It’s not the biggest development in the area, but it’s one of the recent / newest and has all the essentials finished to a quality contemporary modern living style. The communal areas have a good finish and are clean. Property has stair and lift access.
I’ve lived here more than 3 years and was the first to move into my new build flat. The facilities and security are excellent with integrated appliances, TV / cable points and security CCTV entry phone.
Storage is well covered.
If there is one thing that I struggle with however, it is heat / temperature issues on the upper floors in the building come the Summer time. The flats and corridors are not air conditioned and the restrainers on individual flats make it very uncomfortable on most 25’c+ days. Put it this way, you cannot leave any fruit, snacks or drinks out as they would be very warm. This could be helped by either improving air / vent circulation on corridors to help lower heat levels. Of course the luxury would be air conditioning installation per flat 🙂
On the flip side, I only need to put the central heating on for max 30mins and the entire flat is warm. Some days I don’t even needed due to the well insulated design of the large floor to ceiling windows.
The main hall / security systems are good and safe, and there is a security gated garbage disposable area.
One recommendation or request would be to get an onsite concierge / mail point so that parcels can be delivered without prior personal arrangements. That would be very helpful if at all possible.
Management are super friendly and very helpful whenever I need assistance. Very kindly received Xmas hampers in the past and the rent reviews are fair.
Overall, I’m very happy with the development.

5 Bedford Park is in a prime location in Croydon. Within walking distances there are West and East Croydon stations along with good bus and tram links. Amenities include a good Co-Op and a Tesco, and of course Croydon Town Centre. The community is pleasant and the Croydon markets are great quality and value.
There are some evidently dated stores still around in the Town Centre but the plan for development will hopefully go ahead soon.
Very happy with the location and community here.

Heat levels in the summer!
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Window restrainer design to have wider opening
Air Con
Modern flat in a great location
Modern, bright open plan flats with clean communal areas.
The lifts are not the most reliable but Way if Life always tries to resolve any issues quickly and keeps us up to date.
Delivery drivers being able to leave packages in the office is a great plus when we are not at home as we don’t have to reschedule deliveries.
