The development is well managed and presented. Facilities and amenities are quite basic. The management is hard to reach however so with issues regarding the building it is hard to get the message across. The building is secure and the local area feels safe as well.

Spacious apartments with good water and sewage services. No issues with the bin collections. No in house facilities but other gyms are available just round the corner. Property management could be better as current concierge is highly unenthusiastic about any concerns related to the noise etc

Building management is good and available when required. The quality and range of facilities are acceptable but they can improve. Design is mostly modern which is a good thing for me. Also I love the level of safety which is considerably high compares to other places I lived in London

Well build and reasonably priced for the area. It has good facilities and a nice design. Well connected to the tube and the community is very friendly, open to everyone and diverse. Local shops have a wide variety of items and everything is close by for access

Modern building structure. Large windows for cross ventilation and natural light that has a great impact on healthy lifestyle. However, there is no direct sunlight coming to our flat. Lifts of the building are in decent working condition, though cleanliness of these lifts can be improved. A big open green spaces nearby provide nice vibes. There is no gym in the building.
