Wildheart Residential Reviews

“The design a very nice, with a spacious living room. The building is also very well maintained, with nice interiors. There is not much sense of a community in the development, though everyone is pleasant enough, but everything is very close and you can make great friends around. The parking is great with the underground parking facilities. Supermarkets and the train station are really close by too.” – Chris F, Verified resident at Quayside Lofts

Great building, bad parking

Great building for what I needed. There are lifts which is helpful for taking up shopping rather than carrying them up stairs. There is currently construction going on which is a bit of an eyesore, but obviously that isn’t permanent. I wouldn’t say its ideal for families, but great for younger people or professionals.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There are some really great bars and nightlife, but the area is still quiet enough at night. The views over the water are great, especially with the sunrise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no parking around the building suitible for my van, forcing me to park over the bridge. Its a nice walk, but not ideal in the rain.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not had any issues to raise, its been great for what I need.

Beautiful flat in a quiet and great area

We did only have any issue with anyone in the building. Everything looks very nice. Its easy to access everyone seems very nice and its quiet in the loft. the agency that we used was quit slow and we had some problems with them. Reception here is quit nice. The toilets are very nice and clean, thats our favourite spaces in the loft. There is also a very nice open kitchen so it’s very spacious.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Quayside is a great location. It’s close to town but also quiet. I don’t like the construction its blockingg the beautiful view that we had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was going to be construction right in front of the building. The price was high because of the view but you don’t get it anymore because of the new building being built.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony is really comfortable and you can spend some quality time there.

You get what you need, with lifts which is great! Bad parking, almost non existent and have to park far away. Coloner Porters is amazing for drink. There is a beautiful sunrise in the morning over the river to wake up to. The area is ideal for the city access
