Building is in great location and very good and well manitained all the time.
Layout of the flat could be better and wall paints could be of better quality.

Size of the flat too small
Its great location, high street and train station just 10min walk from here. Facilities excellent, no issues with parking and bin service….double glazed windows are excellent

Great location. High end appliances provided in the apartment. Spacious and French windows gets the apartment more light. Air circulation system inside the apartment is a plus. Although on busy road, no noise disturbance inside the apartment. Very happy with the purchase
Located infront of salt hill park. 5 mins walk to slough main station and high street. Most of the restaurants are in walking distance.

The development in general is great. And well mantained. Still some finishing touches to come. The apartment design looks very modern and leaves enough room for your own personal touches. We don’t really get the windows opening towards the inside of the apartment, but we are getting used to it now.
We loved the location. Close to many transport links and only 10 minutes walk from the mall, grocery store and high street. We also have the park right across the road, which is very convenient for walking our dog
I wish we could have had a floor plan with print of the pipes and wiring of the flat.
Our boiler was not connected when we moved in and it was found thatone pipe had a whole in it. It was promptly replaced and repaired within 2 days.
Design is great , facilities are awesome but the material used are really average like the doors , flooring and carpets. My flat is counted as a two bedroom but the living space is not enough to accumulate a sofa and dinning table at once.
