Perfect flats!

Cool, modern design, excellent service and underground car park. property management has improved. Stylish and functional, most flats with lovely balconies overlooking the square.

regular window cleaning and common areas cleaned excellently.
Issues arsing do sometimes take a long time to remedy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

great area, beautiful flats, helpful concierge, access to lovely park, peaceful yet so close to upper street, zero traffic noise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the workmanship was done on the cheap, leading to countless issues arising years later

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has improved massively, it was awful, taking months to fix problems arising from hidden shoddy workmanship

Modern

The flat is very modern and it has a good size.
It is very spacious overall, but I think it doesn’t have the better organisation, so the design of the flat could be much better.
It has a very good balcony.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Like -The views are very nice, it is a quiet area
Dislike- the council

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was surprised with the location, easy access to city centre, good amenities.

Are there any facilities you would like added, or that you have but do not use:

The development doesn’t offer any facilities, so things like a gym could be added.

Great location

The flat’s modern, great to have the park next door. It’s quiet, we have an outdoor space which is great, and we have good neighbours. The flat’s well furnished in terms of fixtures and fittings. The appliances were all in the kitchen and the bathroom was all kitted out. It’s all done to a high standard. There’s underground parking too which is handy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Quiet though close to upper street and Highbury and Islington. It’s a family area, its nice to see kids in the park. It’s quite safe – there’s not too much crime. Negatives – it’s expensive as tenant, though it’s probably expensive to buy too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gets really hot in summer, because it’s really well insulated!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really good, always quick to sort things out and they’re available 24/7. Once an appliance broke, and they got in touch with the relevant people. They let in the letting agents (aftwr checking with us). They take care of things like deliveries and window cleaners.

Met all my expectations

The property is suitable for my needs. It is bright and airy with lots of natural sunlight. There aren’t any communal services or spaces expect the concierge service which I only rarely use to collect my deliveries. My neighbours are nice and the development overall met all my expectations.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The development is right on the river so there are nice views. Lots of useful shops on deptford high street. Transport links are good. Personally, there is nothing I dislike.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The electric generator outside makes a bit of noise but you quickly get used to it.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The flat could be a bit bigger but I am still pleased overall.
