UK Land & Property Reviews

“I love living here there’s a community and they do get togethers on Christmas which is really nice. The maintenance staff is very nice I love the design and location and can’t really complain about anything.” – Verified Resident, Nuovo Apartments

“I would say that my experience has been quite positive. The building is close to Piccadilly Gardens and also the Northern Quarter which is convenient. There is a really nice atrium on the first floor. Also there is a shop next door that is open till 11 p.m and a ALDI nearby.” – Verified Resident, Nuovo Apartments

“After living here for 2 months, I have grown really fond of the development. Our apartment, in particular, is lovely and really well decorated. The only things I would change are regarding the lack of a reception/concierge service, social area, and lack of balcony/roof garden. The house is well insulated which means we save significantly on heating bills.” – Verified Resident, Nuovo Apartments

Young professional development

I like the area, central close to Piccadilly gardens so I can walk to work and there’s many transport links. Lots of bars and restaurants. The lobby space is big and open which is nice. There is a cleaner that is really on a board and responds quickly. The lifts break every so often which can get a bit annoying and the parcels are left in the lobby for anyone to take but nothing got stolen however there’s a potential for it.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The flat is very spacious with big windows which is a big plus.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a lot of ambulances and emergency services going past which can be quite noisy and hard to cross the roads as it’s the busy road

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wish that there was a concierge but it’s not that much of a big deal

I have enjoyed living here so far

I would say that my experience has been quite positive. The building is close to Piccadilly Gardens and also the Northern Quarter which is convenient. There is a really nice atrium on the first floor. Also there is a shop next door that is open till 11 p.m and a ALDI nearby.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I would say that it is good because it is close to bars and ammenties. The only downside would be that it is close to a main road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I avoided extra fees by renting directly through the landlord.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the big windows in my place it left a lot of natural light in.

Lovely place to live, would be perfect with extra facilities.

After living here for 2 months, I have grown really fond of the development. Our apartment, in particular, is lovely and really well decorated. The only things I would change are regarding the lack of a reception/concierge service, social area, and lack of balcony/roof garden. The house is well insulated which means we save significantly on heating bills.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is brilliant – we are so central to town – and Ancoats is really up and coming at the moment. The only downsides are the noisy road outside – but that is to be expected anywhere central!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a shop immediately downstairs – this is super handy!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really efficient – we can contact our building management for electric/gas readings, and they come back within the hour. The place is really well kept.

Good but lack of security

I think that’s the best thing about this property is the area. It is very accessible to transport and close to amenities. However, there is a lot of crime in this area. For example, I have had 2 bike stolen in the last 7 months. Also there has been people breaking into cars in the car park. I feel like management dealt with the issue of very poorly. Another nice thing is that there are nice views from my apartment. There are views from my apartment.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like my flat but there is ae lack security. There is a lot of crime in this area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there would be no concierge to handle packages.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

My property is fine and spacious which suits my needs.
