About Tulloch Homes
Tulloch Homes has over 95 years of experience and is proud of its Highland heritage, delivering a choice of high quality homes in Scotland.
The development features a broad range of house styles in differing finishes and colours. There is ample green space and good levels of interesting landscaping and planting. It all combines to create a pleasant environment for living and walking.
On the down side, some traffic calming road layouts have grass verges with low kerbs – this causes uncaring drivers to simply drive over grassed areas – this will prove either costly to maintain or could become ugly and unmanaged.
Our local area offers great amenity – from a local shop and post office (and the nearby supermarket), to easy access to local walks along the River Ness towards the City, or the Caedonian Canal towards Loch Ness. Access to the bustle of the City Centre is super easy being only a 5 minute bus or car ride, or a 40 minute walk.
Not mush to say really which is good!. Property Management is still in its infancy with our factor and this might be something to watch in the coming months.
Space! Our house style offers great room volumes and an interesting interior design layout that makes for easy and practical modern living.
The flat is an excellent spacious design with large windows which lead in plenty of light. There is ample parking for the entire street even when guests come to visit. The building and property management has be excellent all issues have been rectified very quickly but there have been minimal issues. The landscape management could have been better with a few of the initial plants failing to survive but this is being fixed.
In an excellent location. Right on the edge of town where it is close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be very quite and peaceful.
The aftercare team are always available to help out with any issues.
Best feature is the open plan kitchen and living room
Internally, the properties have high ceiling which is a plus as it makes the flat more spacious and offers more storage in the cupboards. Kitchen is well proportioned and so are the rooms. Has both bathroom and ensuite. There is also a storage cupboard for everyone to use and a bike/bin shed. Large efficient windows with great views as there won’t be any more buildings that’s going to be built in front of the blocks.
Close to fairways business park and Asda, along with other shops such as Starbucks. There are bus routes to town nearby. No traffic noise and no anti social behaviour. Mainly young families and old folk. Adequate parking availability and bins are collected on time.
Food bin collection day. Took ages for the council to put up the bin collection day. Been solved now though
The large windows overlooking the city and surrounfy area
The design of my property is very good. From the outside it looks very deceiving to the actual space the property provides. The management of the development is poor – the factor seems to increase their fee every time an invoice is raised. We have been on the development for 2 1/2 years and the initial plantation installed is still lifeless and makes for poor aesthetics.
Very good location for local amenities. Parking is limited, most properties have 2 or more cars which then takes visiting spaces away/from actual owners – causing issues at times.
The noise within the block of flats is very disappointing – on entry the assistant development manager claimed the property was 21st century sound proofed on multiple occasions. I hear a lot of movement from the upstairs something I half expected but not to the level of noise that I do hear.
The property is very well laid out and space being utilised most.
