An amazing block of flats in a perfect location, ruined by selfish freeholder.

Great building in an amazing location, while safe, tranquil and separate from the busy and dangerous Cambridge Heath road, it is plagued with terrible and selfish land owners.

The internet is awful and the freeholder refuses to allow fibre to be installed (despite it being offered free by fibre companies)
The courtyard is not covered with CCTV despite multiple bike thefts.

The gate is left broken for long periods of time meaning it is not as secure.

Short walk to central line station. Tonnes of new restaurants and bars and breweries regularly opening up. 5 minute walk to Victoria Park, 20 minute walk to London fields / hackney. 20 minute walk to shoreditch. Perfect location ?

Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in:
The internet is terrible.

Great location, lots to improve

The location of this property is great; it’s close to Bethnal Green underground, about a 25 min walk to Shoreditch, and there is a doctors on site. Each apartment has a little balcony, and the neighbours seem nice. The gate surrounding the car park is always broken, and sometimes there are people dumpster-diving inside the car park. The internet is terrible as the free holders refuse to get fibre optic, so streaming stuff is nearly impossible. There are loads of places to lock your bike, but lots have been damaged, and i’ve heard, even stolen.

6 min walk to Central Line (Bethnal Green), 1 min walk to Overground (Cambridge Heath), 10 min walk to Hackney & 25 min walk to Shoreditch. There are loads of really cool cocktail bars surrounding the flat (Hackney & Cambridge Heath Roads), and lots of places to eat. I love the plant shops nearby & short walk to Victoria Park. There’s a tonne of hidden gems such as the Bistrotheque, Sodo and loads of breweries.

Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are a lot of undesirables around Cambridge Heath road, which sometimes make things a little uneasy (lots of shouting sometimes).
