Agreeable place, noisy main road.

Comfortable flat. Nice and modern development. With a nice communal garden. The management is not very responsive and presents bad communication with the tenants. Eventually the issues get addressed but not in a decent time. The view from the flat is not amazing but the sound proofing is very good. Very bad phone reception inside and do outside the development.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Busy area but not distressingly crowded. Loads of nice restaurant. Not many bars but very close to the train station and bus stops. Relatively well connected with central. Nice neighbours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sirens from the main road are a big bother at night

Everything one could wish for, the property has been done up to a nice standard

Honestly the location is fantastic, it is easily accessible to central london or anywhere else in the South. The high street has all the shops one could wish for, I really like the neighbourhood, people are welcoming and generally I would recommend this site!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Dislike tube line, like location accessibility, high street shops.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Traffic congestion, lack of car parking, lack of tube line

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The one thing that I would like to change in my flat would probably be the spackitc my kitchen.

I really like living here honestly would recommend anyone who wants to live in a nice neigbourhood

My personal experience in living here has been excellent, if I could I would personally recommend anyone to live here however it is overpriced but that is typical of London. In a nutshell the property location is great as it is close to the children schools and not far from central London.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

To be perfectly frank I do not dislike anything about this area whatsoever. I really enjoy living near the shops and station.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The one thing I wish I had known before I moved in here would be the garden space.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Lovely flat, issues with the parking

New built development with a communal garden for the families. There is no concierge but some CCTV cameras installed. The parking is not big enough, not enough parking spaces for everyone. The tenants don’t get a parking space. Nice amenities within the flat and the flat itself is lovely as well.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is safe and it has developed a lot over the last 5 years. The location has good transport links too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known is that there is a car show room on the main road and the cars park on our street, which makes the parking issues even more noticeable
