West Tower – Perfect location, unique and a touch of class.

The West Tower is well maintained and the Property Management staff are excellent, always able to help and sort any remedial work. The public areas are spotless and always clear of debris.

We have the Panoramic Restaurant on the 34th floor which is great for Friday cocktails (residents get a discount) and there are stunning views of the Mersey and the city.

A bonus is that we have a communal Electricity contract which means we have a reasonably cheap supply which is paid to the property management team monthly.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

This is a vibrant area with local cafes as well as franchises like Costa and Starbucks. It has some lovely bars as well as a few restaurants with one, an Indian restaurant, specialising in Vegan food. Castle Street with many restaurants and bars is 5 minutes away.

There is a train station for links to the upper city centre, Central Station, as well as Bootle and Southport. Lime Street station is 10 minutes walk.

The Mersey is 5 minutes walk and from there you access the Museums and Albert Dock as well as Pier Head and the 3 Graces. At Albert Dock there is a fine range of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always ask the team to provide a monthly water meter reading.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Improve the en-suite layout a little and consider opening up the additional communal space on the ground floor to residents. \

Amazing view in the heart of the city

All the apartments of the building have really nice views of the city and the river. The property is well maintained, the shared areas are always cleaned and the concierge service is available 24/7. Only few parking spaces are available.

Excellent views, however living with a restaurant in the building is really annoying

Excellent views, however living with a restaurant in the building is really annoying, we are only allowed to use one lift as the other is for the restaurant so there is always a huge queue for the lift, the windows don’t get cleaned frequently and there are a few amenities broken

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Excellent views, friendly concierge, however windows don’t get cleaned frequently and a few amenities broken

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lifts are shared with the restaurant

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only had a few queries and building management have been ok
