This is an area packed with pubs, parks and restaurants. In particular, foodies flock to Boxpark Croydon, a colossal street food market housed in a bunch of old shipping containers. And there’ll be even more choice in the food (and fashion) stakes when the shiny new Westfield shopping mall opens across the road.

The development brags brilliant transport links. It’s just a five-minute walk from East Croydon Station, which offers Southern, Thameslink and Gatwick Express services to hubs like Clapham Junction and King’s Cross St. Pancras. Overall good development

Great value for a good quality build and fit out. Fantastic location close to multiple transport links. Issues with water, leaking pipes causing intermittent water outages and loss of hot water for days at a time. Management of development are sometimes slow to deal with issues and often the concierge are not present. Lots of noise due to various local building sites which can disrupt evenings and weekends on occasion. Lifts often break down.

Brilliant transport links, great value for the area and the standard of kitchen and bathroom. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Lots of car parks and close to office space.

The noise levels are constant, sometimes very loud well into the evening and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This would have prevented me from renting the property

Does the job

Quite nice
Safety is okay but concierge is not always available especially for people working during the day
Close to stations, west and east croydon
Easy transport to central London and easy commute to work

I do not recommend this building at all!

Good: location
Bad: anything else. Very poor, raves frequently happened, lifts broken for months, unsafe, dirty, easy to find stuff in the lobby,..

Joints smell is regular.

Not a safe place to get Amazon parcels either.

Also, often heating and water issues.

Good: location to Central London
Bad: anything else. The area has become very unsafe, dirty and a bit dangerous.

The landlord. The landlords of this building are quite tricky. Be careful!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management does not pay any attention. The common space is a mess.

Security
Not safe at all
One incident at 2am reception was so busy and music loud, vandalise lift
Landlords aren’t bothered
Concierge is only there for a few hours
CCTV in limited space
Basement flats people don’t even know theyre there
People smoking and smell is potent
