Nice interior design to this property.

The property is good for pets and has bike storage which is really useful for me. There’s plenty of good primary and secondary schools to send children also. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and my 3 bed property specifically could cater to a few more people if people wanted to stay overnight. Parking is okay but could be better, it’s understandable because of the amount of flats in comparison to the space there is for possible parking but that could still be improved.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There’s not a lot of restaurants nearby or supermarkets, you’d need a car or to take transport to get there which isn’t ideal when doing large amounts of shopping.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, was well informed of everything before I had moved in

What is the best feature of your home:

The Toilets are really nice and spacious. Very good considering it’s a 3 bed property.

Attractive development on the River Thames

Striking development in good area. There is a 24 hour concierge team who get to know you by name and are helpful with parcels/dry cleaning/key management. Has had fair share of teething issues that you might expect for a new development. Two that stick out are the inexperience with maintaining the grass communal areas (now resolved) and security (a number of bicycles have been stolen from the car park for example). Overall, a pleasant place to live and should only become more so as the neighbourhood develops.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Evolving rapidly into a very convenient place to live with green space (Battersea Park), shops and supermarkets (Waitrose especially good) and transport links all within 10 mins walk. Once the zone 1 tube station opens- it will have fantastic connections to the rest of the city. On the downside, as a new neighbourhood, it still can be quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Love the Boris bike station outside our back door!

A nice area

There is a lot of greenery within the area which is a really nice perk of living here. The community atmosphere is very good and people around the street are very easy to talk to and friendly. The transport links are decent but a little far to get to. The one major disappointment about the area is the high road itself which is very minimal.

The best feature would have to be the park that is very close to my home.

Green
High road is rubbish
Good community
Transport links are okay

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the walk to the tube station would be far.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature would have to be the park that is very close to my home.

Great location, beginning to show its age

Good location, overlooking the dock and within 10 mins walk of Sloane Square and Victoria. Location now bettered by the development of Battersea Power Station within a 5 min walk (inclusive of new restaurants, shops etc). General environment good, well maintained etc. However, communal areas within buildings are beginning to feel dated and a few issues with repair of damage to these areas. Flats are also beginning to show their age – a number of residents have had issues with internal leaks between flats and faulty showers over the last few months. Decent gym facilities, free to owners but haven’t seen much investment over the years so equipment is fairly dated. Security and concierge service is very professional – particularly good lines of communication with concierge via regular email updates and support has been there when required.
