About Solum
Solum is a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier. The joint venture was established to develop mixed-use spaces in locations including Epsom, Haywards Heath, Kingswood, Walthamstow and Twickenham. It aims to reimagine the way railway land is used so it can better serve the community, whilst providing homes. Solum also strives to build high quality, environmentally friendly new homes close to London’s transport hubs.

Walthamstow Gateway is a Solum property in Walthamstow, right next to the station for easy access to the West End and the City.
