Great location

The apartment is a 10, the development is new and is very spacious, the people here are clean and everything is up kept. The apartment came with kitchen stuff which was nice.
However, we dont have a concierge and theres a gym but you have to pay for it.

negatives:
kinda boring as there isnt much to do

Cosy apartment in a convenient area

The building is nice, looks great inside and out, better designed than our last student apartment in the States. The apartment came in furnished and of good quality which was nice. Theres a gym inside the residence which you have to pay 35 pounds for which is very over priced. Also there isn’t any drying facilities for my clothes, and have to hang them outside.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like how theres many stores around the area which is convenient for shopping, but don’t like how far it is from the city which is annoying if i want to go out with friends or go school

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew about the pricing of the gym was told it was £10 but its actually £35.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

i had no issues so far and never had to call them so good experience i guess

Would recommend

In overall development is really nice, they have a gym (although you have to pay for it) which is good. My room as i am very high up so i have a really good view of the area. The rooms are really nice and spacious even while living with other people. The security is really good as they have a 3 step security.

my room has a really nice view of the area, i can see the lake.

EXCELLENT AREA AND DEVELOPMENT

Overall, the development is amazing, not much to complain about. The concierge i believe is 24 hrs, they have a gym and theres also access to the sport pitch which you can book. The rooms are a good size and quality is really good as well.
I haven’t had to deal with building management as i’ve only had minor issues.

not too busy

shopping centre is also nearby
area is safe

negatives:
hawker house is noisy

no parking including so have to park on street

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

one of rooms is small so i would have preferred a bigger size room
