First time buyers

The development is very modern and pleasing to the eye. The apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom property or apartment is around 580 ft. Which seems to be bigger than some other apartments within the area. The only major improvement which I would like is just for our windows to be cleaned more often.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Ideal location with brilliant transport links to pontoon reach and Canning Town, able to reach central London within 20 minutes. However you also get the luxury of living in a quieter area of London. Thames Barrier park is absolutely beautiful and I feel incredibly blessed to be able to walk five minutes and be walking alongside the Thames. There is ample parking available at a cost of beans are always maintained well. You can hear noise from London City Airport.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have lived in East London for quite awhile so there wasn’t necessarily anything that I wish I’d known before I moved in. If you’re familiar with East London this is a great place to live however if you’re moving from a different area it might take some getting used to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the building management company has responded to the few issues that we’ve had within a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints and I feel comfortable that our building management team are doing a great job.

Building is nicely refined and plenty of facilities

Building is nicely refined and plenty of facilities, including concierge, parking, gym and working desks.
The concierge team is amazing and present 24/7, whereas the property management team is not very responsive and cleanings could be organised more regularly in the buildings

Still not so many restaurants within 5/10 minutes, but lots of choices if you are willing to walk 15+ minutes. Closest station would be Clapham Junction (no tube stations nearby), but lots of buses connections in the area

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be aware of commute times if you are working in central London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, although sometimes with very long delays which makes it complicated

Pretty darn good development, local area a bit lacking

The design of the development is fantastic, with user experience clearly places at the forefront. However the gym is very small, and does not have a rowing machine or full free weights section (or speakers for music). The bins and cycle store are great, although I wish people would use the bins rather than placing waste on the floor in the room (not the development’s fault, I know). Building management and concierge are all brilliant. Particularly Mark

The local area is quite low on green spaces and cafes and shops that make it feel homely. But noisy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bins and the cycle store are at the basement, and the parking is very limited for removal van!

Very Well, although we are still waiting on a headboard for a bed (everything else has been brill)

Nice new build in Clapham Junction by the River

Great new building, the shared facilities with the private block make all the difference. Concierge 24/7 is a life saver. The gym is quite small but good thing to have. The design of the property and block is nice and done with taste. In terms of management the team is a bit difficult to reach and slow on processing requests – there’s definitely room for improvement

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great location for river walks, lots of small parks around the area, nice couple of pubs with river views. Lack of grocery, cafes and restaurants options on a 5 min radius. Good transport link as only 10m walk from Clapham Junction station. Bus routes are quite good as well with multiple options to Victoria.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fixed contract with heating supplier from the landlord cannot be changed which means you can’t choose your own supplier and whenever there’s price increase we have to take it without any other options

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response time is slow and sometimes multiple chasing emails are required until action is taken.
