Notting Hill Genesis developments

Notting Hill Genesis developments on HomeViews include Zenith Close – a  peaceful, purpose-built neighbourhood in emerging Colindale, and Brackenbury Square, a centrally located community in London’s W12.

Overall it’s a good building and a nice community to be part of. It’s in a good location and there’s a nice courtyard area. Very close to station and amenities.” – B.G, verified resident at Zenith Close

Notting Hill Genesis reviews

Camberwell fields is a great community which you don’t often feel you get in the London area! Lots of green spaces within and around the development. We haven’t had any issues yet with the flat. The amenities in the area are pretty good, you’re within a 10 min walk to the restaurants and coffee shops of Camberwell and a Morrisons. The only down side is that it’s not that close to a tube or overground station so can’t give it 5* for that reason but loads of buses to choose from.” – Maria Volkova, verified resident at Camberwell Fields

Nice flats, good area. Some small management problems.

Overall it’s a good building and a nice community to be part of. It’s in a good location and there’s a nice courtyard area. Very close to station and amenities.

Improvements would include concierge – there’s not a very sophisticated postal system (pen and paper) so you don’t know when a package has arrived for you unless you check. The recycling is also pretty bad, with the bins filling up within a couple of days of them being emptied.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Like: close to shops, close to oriental food court, 10 mins from station, gym on ground floor, good bus links, traffic usually not too busy.

Dislike: can get loud. Mcdonalds gets very busy. Main road means regular sirens throughout the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How the post worked with concierge. It’s a massive down step from our previous development.

Not the best

Although my flat is spacious, I do feel like the developers didn’t use the space well, there could’ve been more storage or even more space. There is good disabled access and its a wheelchair friendly home however, it is unsafe to go out due to the large amounts of crime that take place. There isn’t enough green space, but there are some plants outside the flats which are great but they bring in moisture and bugs into the home which therefore means I have to pay extra to fix damages. Building management are expensive or they take a while to come. The facilities are great, lots of transport links, shops and restaurants. My neighbours are disruptive and rude and throw rubbish into my balcony.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Like – lots of facilities and good transport links.
Dislike – can be dangerous.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is not worth the money and is poorly built.

A great place to live, modern design

This is a cosy close that is well maintained. The neighbours are quiet, the children’s playground is accessible with a fob key,the is a gym on site and a concierge present.
I have no idea why there are negative comments, as I have only ever had a possible experience.
Excellent location with a large choice of supermarkets and not far from the station.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Cosy, safe, quiet neighbours, modern, facilities on your doorstep.
A range of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner.

Love Royal Albert Wharf!

So glad I moved here! Has really helped me fall in love with London. Totally love the amazing sunsets you get here over the water. Aesthetically the building all look really nice and is a really lovely development. Live directly above a coop which is ideal and so convenient. Concierge service super helpful for parcel collection.

Easy commute into canary wharf & connectionnto jubilee line. You can sometimes get mosquitoes when it’s really warm and the water is stagnant. Worth noting there are some building still under development so may occasionally be construction noise, but the apartment are well insulated for sound being so near an airport so it’s never been much of an issue.

Love the complex + views.
Sometimes get mosquitoes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are very well insulated for sound which is great, also means they stay quite warm in winter, just also means they can get a bit toasty if it’s a hot summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been very few problems, but they have been responsive and helpful in all instances.
