Good location, spacious, well kept

Nice open spacious area. Gardens are really pretty and well kept. I feel safe here as we need a fob to get in and out of the building. Management are really quick to repair and help. Furniture is very nice and new. In winter a little bit of mould.

Really good location, only a 25 minute to albert docks.

A little bit of mould in the winter, looked like had been painted over when I first moved in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are very quick to respond. Very good service.

Good location

I think the flats are at a very good standard. Very big balcony. Management isn’t always the quickest on small niggly jobs, but on important jobs they are very quick. I also really like the layout of the flat.

Good location close to town. Not alot of facilities in immediate area such as bars etc.

Don’t know flat until you go and visit it personally.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good unless it is a small job but i am happy with it .

Good location and clean

Only one car space. Main living area is fairly small but have a balcony which is really nice. The bedrooms are very good size with ensuites. Not a big issue with management but not super quick at helping.

Proximity to town, close to sefton park. Area around the flat is run down.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, everything was advertised when we came to view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They only responded after nagging for a while but would eventually fix.

Very close to train station – handy. No noise

What is the best feature of your home:

Large windows and Balcony mean there is alot of light which also heats up the apartment
