Messrs Tersons Ltd reviews

“Crondall Court is a large, mid-rise residential development in the Hoxton area of North London. It’s clinched a great location close to all the buzz of Shoreditch, around a five-minute walk from Hoxton Station for London Overground services, and a ten-minute walk from Old Street Underground station.

Properties at Crondall Court are available to buy or rent, and range in size up to three-bed maisonettes arranged over two floors. Some ground-floor properties also come with the added benefit of a small courtyard garden.

Crondall Court is popular with families due to its proximity to St John the Baptist primary school and nursery, which is just over the road. The property is also very close to Shoreditch Park, one of the borough of Hackney’s biggest open spaces at 7.1 hectares. The Regent’s Canal is just beyond it.” HomeViews Property Pro on Crondall Court

Not bad but could be better

The development has been refurbished 8 years ago however the walls are rather thin. It’s a quiet area in Hoxton which is rather safe but it would also benefit from some cameras being installed and maybe a bike rail. The kids play area behind the building is really nice and safe.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Like – the area, she local shops, the local parks
Dislikes- thin walls

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Loud neighbours upstairs
