Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a great selection of restaurants and supermarket. Transport is very fast and reliable. Decent area with no anti social behaviour throughout the day a night a safe space for kids to enjoy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficient with success when called upon. I had a problem with with my hot water after a phone call an engineer came he was able to sort the situation in the same day. My water was up and running and has stayed problem free ever since I was greatful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes with the delivery the either forget to press the buzzer or tend to leave the item outside. Not sure much can be done about this problem but something to put into consideration.
