I really like the area. It is just a little pricey as an individual.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, not at all really.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Maybe a bigger balcony but you feel lucky to have a balcony at all.

It is not well organised and the walls are thin.

I like the living room which is big and connected to the kitchen. I like the balcony. However there is no special facilities and there is no concierge. People can take your parcels as they are left in an unmonitored lobby. However, it is clean and i feel safe. There is a building manager.

Duke street is very close to everywhere but can get loud on the weekend.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbours say and do. There are serviced apartments all around you. They are also poorely designed and too close to each other.

It is regularly cleaned.

The management is really good and take care of you well i also think that the apartment is really clean because it is cleaned so regularly. It is such a nice design. However, the washing doesn’t work.

The rooms are bigger than I expected them to be.

I think the view is the best thing about the apartment.

It is noisy but it is a prime location.

I love the size of the rooms and they are well maintained and everything works. I like the design of the apartment. It is warm because I am 4th floor and got a nice view of the cathedral and the bombed out church.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is very convenient but the noise is too loud at 4am with drunk people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisey it is

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been good but wasnt issues the permit for parking vut were repsonsive and are personable.
