Good - transport links, local area is well established and shops, GP’s etc are easy to access Bad - roads and potholes are not the best. You have to be very careful on certain roads

Yes we have raised issues and they have been addressed, some more quickly than others

Nothing we wish we had known, we were recommended to the area and don’t regret our move

The local area is good in that it is close to 2 supermarkets, it is however a 30 minute walk from the centre of town and near an industrial estate - although I've not experienced any noise or disruption because of this

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only this far raised one issue, it was out of hours and they were unable to help, but they did call back promptly to discuss it

The house comes with lots of modern technology which is excellent, but be prepared to learn how to use it all.

I’m very happy living in this area. There’s a great range of shops, cafés and open spaces, and everything is easy to reach. Transport links are reliable, and my street is generally quiet with good parking and regular bin collections. It feels safe and well‑maintained overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an issue with the Hive thermostat and they responded very quickly

Great location with shops nearby and a pub within walking distance. Great transport links that work well for our needs.

Not yet had to raise any repairs but have received all the necessary contact information if we need to raise a repair

What the finalised development will look like- if more parks will be built etc

Amazing you have the beautiful medals just down the road for beautiful walks. You have a beautiful pub with the river about a 1520 minute walk you have a local shop Chinese shop and chip shop 10 minutes down the road. It's very close to city Centre but far enough to chill and have beautiful walks too if you'd like to amazing place to live

Outstanding, very helpful and explained everything really well

I don't think there is anything else that we could've been towed we had outstanding treatment by a lovely young lady called Beth. She has explained absolutely everything and she said to us if there's anything else we can think of later on. We just send an email or give her a ring and she will be happy to help
