The cafe is really nice and provides lovely food
The accommodation is very close to amenities in great ayton and there is plenty of things to do in the local area
There is a nice sense of community inside
Have not had any problems yet so cannot comment of thud at all sadly
Excellent energy saving design. I love the communal areas and the onsite bistro and hair salon are also terrific.
Insufficient space in the car park and the electric charging point is only accessible from one of the few disabled spaces.
Shops and medical very close with pubs and restaurants also. Lots of open spaces and nature tree growth that shields the property from road noise and pollution.
Road can be difficult to cross at peak times and there’s only pavement on one side It gets quite narrow in places with cars occasionally mounting the pavement. Thought needs to given to slowing traffic speed.
Just slow draining sinks. All else very pleasing. I love the overall design.
I feel that the building is amazing interior design is excellent the Staff and management are absolutely fabulous they have really enhanced in the quality of delivery and are outstanding thank you so much for giving my mother such a great service

Find that everything is fine great atmosphere
Well I had a delay in repairs but it was resolved.
I’ve lived in my flat for over two years. It’s very light and airy. The kitchen is clean and modern the large frost free fridge freezer is very useful. The the bathroom has lots of aids to help me including a walk in shower and lots of handles to help support me. Overall I have no complaints, the staff here work hard to sort out issues and problems.
I’ve lived at Guildacre for just over two years now. The facility is clean and modern. The gardens are very nice. There is a nice Italian restaurant not far away and an Aldi supermarket. There are several bus routes just outside the facility with regular services.
Wish I had a ground floor flat or a flat that overlooks the gardens.
Management do respond to problems. I’ve had a new oven fitted and plumbing problems resolved. Some lift problems remain however.
