I bought 2 flats in 2014 because my development is on the beach and has an incredible history. Now in 2020, I am still paying £271.00 a month and still living on a dangerous building site. Water and electricity is perpetually cut off.
The area is amazing. The beaches sublime. We have: The Arts, good restaurants and excellent transport links to London.
