Hadley Homes Limited reviews

“London’s exclusive SW10 area is well-known for its class and style, and the waterside Chelsea Island development from Hadley Property Group is right at home here. It’s a striking and contemporary structure, with staggered heights and a façade that encompasses brick, glass, stone and timber. Rising up from a pretty, piazza-style space next to Chelsea Creek, it offers sweeping views across the capital and the River Thames.” HomeViews Property Pro, Chelsea Island

Not great for disabled people to easily access facilities

My neighbours are very nice. The heating facilities aren’t great. We were told that the heating was included in the rent but we were still asked to pay for heating which was very unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. The archery crowd are very noisy and disruptive. L and Q should decrease the rent as it is extremely high and there aren’t any facilities available and we are being overcharged for building management jobs as they aren’t actually properly done.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area does not provide good facilities amd isnt great for disabled people to live in.
but the complex is quite empty.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am disabled person so i have no access to get to the main road from the flat and there is no one there to actually help to open the gates. The people that live here that live in social housing are not allowed to let cars in to the development fro, the main road. The security was great as they arent that aware.

Room for improvement

The design is beautiful, but it’s kind of unfair that there are balconies on the top floor but none on the bottom floor so we are kind of stuck, the neighbours are disrespectful and very dirty. The area is nice and close to local supermarkets.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

No parking, close to the city

Happy Couple

I like the the property overall, it’s very simple and spacious for me and my wife. We can go in and out of the house very easily without a problem. The only issue however is the parking, it’s very hard to find parking at times and sometimes it gets really tight. Other than that it is good in my opinion.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Greenwich is a very nice place to live, plenty of shops, easy travel, nice parks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just the parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well whenever I had a problem the building management usually responds quite quickly

A nice place to live

The development is good, standard when it is compared with other developments in the area. Nothing fancy, although having a leisure centre so close is a definite plus point.

There has been a few minor issues with the apartment since moving in, but nothing major and they are all things you would expect from a new build development.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location for me is perfect. The side in which I am situated on (Hawthorne Crescent) is really quiet. Especially considering the location is Greater London. I leave the window open most evenings and get a perfect nights sleep without any noise disturbance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How quiet the area is. Being in. Zone 2 you would expect it to be noisy but it is not at all!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

By in large they have been fine. Reasonably quick and sorted the issue with no problems.
