I am loving it!

Looking at the exterior, I really thought it was nothing fancy. Yet, it is decent on the outside. However, you will be amazed by the modern designing of the furnitures of your studio as you see! It’s beautiful. Facilities are all included, such as water, heating, communal netflix and much more. The fun part is where gravity has their own app in which you can get to know about the updates and connect with the staff and fellow residents. They even conduct events and they are so much fun! Most of them are free and a few might cost you around 5-10£. Building management is fairly good, they response well to your concerns, however, they might take sometime in some issues which might need more investigation or solutions. Or else, I feel they attend to it rather quickly. They do not have a freezer, I would have loved that but have been managing well so far.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Absolutely love the variety of restaurants and shops you can access; you imagine and it’s there. The links for transportation is amazing, bus stops from right in front of you to a two minutes walk and tube station is just a five minutes walk. Gravity provides parking for those who have a vehicle, with a fee. The bin collection is located in the basement and we are encouraged to separate our plastics, cans and papers from each other for the betterment of the environment. Within the gravity community and building, I have felt very safe and secure, people are nice and warm. However, the outside surrounding, especially late at night, may not really be safe to roam around. The traffic noise is manageable, it’s more quiet at night than the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I never knew the range of food available here, very accessible!
Yes, I saw in the pictures that they do provide bedding accessories such as blanket, pillows, throw blanket, cushions and bed protector and cutleries. However I already had them, so I had store some of these but they might take some space. So if you do no have these, do not buy before moving in, you’ll have it provided. And yes, maybe get a fan or cooling unit, it gets hot in here sometimes. I cannot sleep without a fan or it’s sound, so if you are like me, be prepared! 🙂

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When you officially raise the concern through email and the app, they respond well and quickly. However, yes, sometimes I’ve wondered what is happening.

Home away from Home!

My experience at Gravity West Court has been overwhelmingly positive. The design of the development is not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully laid out, providing a modern and comfortable living space. The facilities, particularly the well-equipped gym and communal areas, have greatly enriched my lifestyle, fostering a sense of community among residents.
The building management, for the most part, has been commendable, with a quick response to maintenance issues. The property management team has been consistently attentive, promptly addressing any concerns that arise. The well-maintained communal areas contribute to a pleasant living environment, and I appreciate the sense of pride in the community.
In summary, Gravity West Court has exceeded my expectations, offering a fantastic living experience with a well-designed space, excellent facilities, and responsive management teams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable living space.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Residing in Hounslow Central presents both advantages and challenges. On a positive note, the local area features a diverse array of shops, eateries, and bars, offering residents a multitude of choices for dining and entertainment. The presence of open spaces, including parks and green areas, enhances the overall quality of life, providing a delightful setting for outdoor activities.
Transportation links are generally convenient, facilitated by easily accessible bus and train services.
Regrettably, certain areas grapple with concerns related to anti-social behavior, impacting the overall sense of safety. Additionally, residents near busy roads may contend with traffic noise. Despite these challenges, the positive aspects of Hounslow Central often prevail, fostering a vibrant and dynamic community.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One aspect I wish I had known before moving into the area around Gravity Co-Living West Court is that certain pockets can feel a bit unsafe, particularly during late evenings. While the building itself is secure, having a heads-up about specific areas to avoid would have been helpful for navigating the neighborhood more cautiously. Despite this, taking basic safety precautions has allowed me to enjoy the community and its amenities while staying mindful of my surroundings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have been prompt and effective in addressing any concerns I’ve raised.

Convenient location and all facilities available at a stone’s throw.

The property is conveniently located with all amenities close by. Alice does an excellent job in arranging a whole lot of meet and greets and lunches/brunches. She comes up with a different menu each time and considers food options/allergies etc when planning any event. She is very friendly and an extremely warm person. Her planning abilities are amazing.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The property is located very close to all amenities, Tesco is right across the road. There are a whole lot of stores at walking distance. The tube is a 3-4 minute walk from the property which makes it very convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That intercoms don’t work at all, so if you receive any food delivery you will always need to go down to collect it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been some delays sometimes like the lift issue or the front desk person who was supposed to be appointment is still not appointed. My water tap problem took over 2 months to be resolved. I had to do few follow ups to get it resolved.

Enchanting Living: Embracing the Best of Reading and a Premier Apartment Experience

I am captivated by the amenities in this apartment. The room is consistently clean and well-organized. The staff is exceptionally courteous and promptly addresses any issues that arise, whether it’s related to water or the boiler. Their responsiveness extends even to the late hours, as they diligently reply through Gravity’s app. Having lived in the UK for six years and experienced five different flats, I can confidently say that this one stands out as the best.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I am thrilled to call Reading home. Despite being a small town near London, it offers a plethora of attractions for both visitors and residents, including diverse dining options, excellent shopping, and the opportunity to spend the entire day immersed in various activities. I appreciate the sense of safety that comes with living here. However, one drawback is the train system, which is marred by frequent cancellations and delays.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The key lesson I wish I had known earlier is the value of Reading and Gravity Royal Heights. This knowledge would have prevented me from investing in less cost-effective living arrangements.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On my initial day in this apartment, I encountered an issue with the laundry machine. I promptly submitted a ticket through the website. Although it took a few days for an engineer to visit my flat and assess the problem, the staff was proactive in reassuring me by offering a gift card worth £30 for laundry services while I awaited the resolution.
