“The apartments in Riverside Quarter are very modern and feature lovely spacious balconies. We live in a front row apartment and have great direct views over the river. We can see both sunrise and sunset from our balconies. The gym and SPA facilities are great to have right in the apartment buildings. The gym equipment in modern and the SPA features a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room.
The neighbours are very friendly. The shuttle bus to an from the tube station is very convenient, as the buildings would otherwise be quite hard to reach with public transport (10-15 minute walk to the stations).” – Stella, verified resident of Riverside Quarter

Modern apartment, friendly staff

I haven’t been living here very long however so far I absolutely love my apartment. It is modern and spacious and great for my dog! I love that it is by the river and the concierge have always been lovely when I have spoken to them.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it is a quiet area, however this is also not great as it isn’t close to a lot of places to socialise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the tube station isn’t very close, however it is right next to the river boat dock.

What is the best feature of your home:

My kitchen, I love to cook and the space in there is amazing! I have so many counters for prepping food.

Great flat on dusty road

The building has a gym, a roof garden. It’s a great flat but sometimes the lifts are broken and the ac doesn’t work.

At the back of the building there is a nice park.
I love the location as it’s near places like Southbank and Westminster.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I don’t like how the building is on a busy, smokey and dusty road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I researched a lot before moving and knew everything before moving in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve raised a few issues and I do have to chase a little bit.

Camberwell on the green is situated in the heart of camberwell surrounded by all the local amenities you could need; gym, supermarket, green space etc. If you are looking to live in an urban space, Camberwell has a lot to offer.

The development is well thought out. The 7-7 concierge is a nice addition, and a luxury. The bike storage is a real plus and the building management have put real efforts into making it more secure .
The open plan kitchen / living room area is a real party pleaser, however the kitchen worktop space could be a little bigger.

Camberwell on the green is situated in the heart of camberwell surrounded by all the local amenities you could need; gym, supermarket, green space etc.
The transport links take some adjusting to when you first move to the area, as there is no immediate tube or train like (closest being Oval and Denmark Hill), however it is well connected by bus.
My main dislike about the area is the noise and air pollution. With so many buses on the road, it can be noisy and smelly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise.
Thankfully the double , ? triple glazing does a fantastic job of keeping the noise to a minimum but in the summer when you need to open the windows the noise can be somewhat unbearable.

What is the best feature of your home:

open plan living / kitchen area, I always wanted to live in a property where I could cook and entertain at the same time

Lovely place ( GO ARSENAL !)

I love the area lots of nice pubs and restaurants, also
Nice and friendly corner shops with lovelyou people living in the residence it’s also very quiet which I guess has its pros and construction also. It is also difficult that it is a gated community for deliverys

I have no dislikes apart from it getting a bit noisey during foit all games

I wish that i had known whether there were Cycle paths to central London or not
