Great location

Brilliant building and flat, saving lots of money as you don’t need to use heating, 24 hour concierge means 24 hour security, sound proofing is great and means you don’t hear neighbours or any of the construction work close by. Very big flat. Have had a few issues with plumbing.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Developing a lot and the neighbourhood’s changing all the time, new people arriving, coffee shops restaurants and bars everywhere, Boxpark is great for lots of different types of cuisine and great social spot for meeting friends.
Area is a bit rough, back streets are dirty , some anti social young people around who make you feel unsafe , especially at night

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Happier than expected, been here 6 years and very satisfied especially as the building goes up in value

Excellent location and place to live

I have been in this building for about 2 months and have no concerns at all. The building concierge and lobby is always left clean and inviting, the staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are top grade. I feel safe living in this area with security monitoring constantly and security doors to enter.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The building is close to a variety of shops including food takeaways, lovely restaurants and clothing departments as well as supermarkets. It’s a slight walk to the station at East Croydon but worth it for proximity to the high street and facilities in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t think there is anything as I did extensive research and asked many questions of my landlord. Very satisfied.

Great location

I have a corner flat so big spacious rooms, lovely floor to ceiling windows which means loads of natural light. Very warm in the flat so don’t have to use heating much which saves money.
Communal bins get full too quickly and overflow .
Concierge looks after deliveries .

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great location for all amenities and east Croydon station within 10 mins walk
Not enough parking .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That parking would be very limited. Lived here 7 years and took 4 years to get a permit to park .

Good family place to live

Just moved in about 1 month ago. So far so good. If I need anything the concierge is always around and they’re always very nice and helpful. The building itself is alright. Haven’t noticed any problems so far. Maybe just the smell of the Turkish restaurant in front that it’s a bit annoying.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I personally enjoy this area. A lot of shops around and always feel safe. Very close to central London with good transport.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice place to live.
