Derwent London developments

Wood Wharf Apartments is a Derwent London property located in Greenwich, with a prime setting on the River Thames and views that stretch across to the Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf. Most apartments have a balcony, while all come with floor-to-ceiling windows for lashings of natural light. Greenwich station is right around the corner.

Designed around an internal courtyard (perfect for checking the weather and temperature before fully heading out). The concierge is wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful and supportive. The building is quirky and charming for a modern development. Definitely doesn’t just have that white box feel other have. Modern warehouse ish feel. And perfectly situated to stations, and shops.” – resident at Wood Wharf Apartments

Wonderful home

Designed around an internal courtyard (perfect for checking the weather and temperature before fully heading out).
The concierge is wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful and supportive.
The building is quirky and charming for a modern development. Definitely doesn’t just have that white box feel other have. Modern warehouse ish feel. And perfectly situated to stations, and shops

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Very close to a big Waitrose, and little Tesco.
Close to the station and not far from a national rail station
Fabulous pubs just a stones throw away.
And relaxing step away from the hustle and bustle of London by the river

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The sound proofing between neighbours is not as good as one may have hoped. So just need to be concisious of not being too loud. Or having big bass speakers. But most neighbours are thoughtful about it.
