Nice rental location

Very nicely maintained. Good amenities. But parking fees charged but can’t park due to cladding issues. We also are in first floor which has a lovely view of the back. But seems they are building a 3 storeyed building. Out of character. Planning permission should be denied

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to royal Berkshire hospital. Next to all shops, quite back drop conservation area. Edon Gardens and also well connected by buses. 10 min walk to train station. 5 min walk to town center. Dislike that it’s a permitted development and flats are small in size

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Beautiful views are location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None reported so far except cladding issue which is now in progress

Small flats but comfortable. Recomended.

Flat is small but enought for living two people. There ara almost 80 flats, but it is a quite place for living. Management some times works fine some times needs to improve. There were a problem with car park while facade was removed. Some times big rats around the car park.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The best: Parking space available with the flat. Easy for going to London by car.

The worst: No supermarkets or stores close.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The quality of the buidingd and the price of the rent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management some times responded well and some times not responded, specially with lifts issues.

Gorgeous location and flats, let down by Campion management agents

The estate is well designed, pleasing to the eye and is in one of the most beautiful parts of london.
There are some negatives, there is significant light pollution from the sports grounds next to the buildings, and noise pollution from both the sports grounds and the anglers pub, the pub can become extremely noisy come football or rugby screenings.
The high street is close by and very cute.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Very expensive flats and the location is worth it but some deep flaws in the estate agent management by Campions lettings

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The light pollution and noise from the sports club next door

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not effectively. Quick to apologies but slow and inefficient action

After living for a couple of years, the flat is up to an ok standard of living

After living for a couple of years, the flat is up to an ok standard of living. The space is pretty small but livable. The design of the windows is poor, it is a converted office space and the windows are clearly not designed for living. Mould issues throughout the flat, especially throughout winter. Electrical heaters are not the best but do the job. Property management is reliable and helpful at times.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The flat is located in a perfect location for central living, all stores, restaurants and facilities are around 5-10 minutes walk away. The hospital is around the corner and quick and easy to the station and many bus routes to jump on. Great for a city worker!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you are facing the road, please expect loud traffic throughout the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We were locked out of our flat, our agency helped us within a couple of hours.
