Danescroft is a privately owned property development company specialising in residential led mixed use development. It was established in 1997 by David Civil and since then the company has been involved in various projects as owners, investors and developers. Most of their developments so far have been position in London or South England, and recently expanding to the Midlands and South West England.

Albion Court is a Danescroft development featuring 52 studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Having launched only in 2019, it is a very modern development and is located in Hammersmith, close to Hammersmith stations. Residents at Albion Court enjoy the idyllic location with great bars and pubs, as well as the spacious, modern apartments.
“Albion Court is a new development that was finished in 2019, so all the apartments are new and beautifully done. There is a lot of natural light and since it’s not on the main road, it’s very quiet while still being easily accessible. The flats are beautiful and modern with wood-like floors and modern amenities. It’s right between Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park so super easy to get around. There’s so many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as countless supermarkets. It’s a 5 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park, meaning it’s perfect to take a walk, go for a run or play tennis.
