The Collective is a property developer who focus on establishing alternatives to traditional housing. This is through the combination of shared spaces with serviced living. The concept was developed by Reza Merchant and launched in 2016 with the world’s largest and UK’s only co-living building in May 2016, The Collective Old Oak.
