Citra Living offer short or long term tenancies, alongside a shared ownership scheme. Tenants will be able to move location with Citra as their needs and lifestyle choices evolve. Living at Citra: A Comfortable and Convenient Residential Experience

I am extremely pleased with my development overall. The design of the building is modern and sleek, with well thought-out floor plans and high-quality finishes. The facilities are top-notch, including a beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing views, and a spacious lobby perfect for greeting guests.

The building management team is professional and responsive, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues promptly. They are proactive in maintaining the common areas and ensuring the safety and security of the residents.

Property management has also been fantastic, with timely communication and clear updates on any developments or changes within the building. They are attentive to resident needs and are quick to address any concerns.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live in this development. The design, facilities, building management, and property management all exceed my expectations and make living here a truly enjoyable experience.

I recently moved to a new home in a quiet residential area with a good mix of local shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The open spaces nearby are great for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Public transport links are convenient, with buses and trains easily accessible, but I have experienced some delays due to traffic congestion. Living on my street is peaceful, with ample parking and regular bin collections. However, there is occasional traffic noise during peak hours. Overall, I am enjoying the convenience and amenities of my new neighborhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A tip I would share with a new neighbor is to familiarize yourself with the local area before moving in. This includes knowing where the nearest grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and public transportation are located. It can be helpful to explore the neighborhood and surrounding areas before settling in to make the transition smoother.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the spacious backyard with a beautiful garden and patio, perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

I love my home and living here.

The property for me has been perfect, a small few issues when I moved in that were quickly rectified. I couldn’t turn the outside tap on and the patio doors were a little wonky. The on-site help is great and nothing is to much trouble. There is also email contact with advise about adverse weather and how to protect your home and for any other reason, they always reply quickly and I feel it’s important to them that we are happy here.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

From flowers being delivered on moving in day to the design of the property I love everything about being a resident here. I absolutely love my home, it’s walking distance to work but close to the motorway and train station if needed. On the doorstep of the beautiful Derbyshire countryside but close to done great towns and cities. The on site manager is really helpful and always available if I need anything.

Information on how to use the heating properly, set the timer etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Being warm and cozy in the winter with minimal heating

Lovely property!

The design of the property is lovely and what drew us in to the area, especially the stone bricks of the house and contrasting window frames. However, the garden design lacks any kind of patio area for garden furniture. Storage aspects within the property is quite limited. We feel like the overall finish and inspections prior to us moving in could have been slightly more thorough.

Overall, we are happy just a few niggles.

There is a vast quantity of local shops available, with a range of lovely independent coffee shops, as well as major retail brands close by such as Tesco, Home Bargains, Costa Coffee and McDonald’s. There are also a range of local pubs. Close enough to local parks for children.

Parking is great due to double driveway, however, the street is quite noisy, especially late at night, for example noisy cars and a lot of traffic coming in and off the estate.

The garden for us has been the main overlooked design issue. However, we love our home and the area is good for us as a family.

What is the best feature of your home:

Outside overall appearance of the house.
The style of the modern kitchen.

Absolutely Beautiful

The building plan and layout is amazing, the engineers did an excellent job with each house entitled to a packing space that would accommodate 2 vehicles and still leave a lot of space. The is also a massive garden attached to every house where the kids could place and have fun on weekends and holidays.

Citra Living is conveniently located near major shopping destinations including Tesco, Aldi, Home Bargains, and Poundland. Restaurants like McDonald’s and coffee shops such as Costa are just a five-minute drive away. The area is serene and well-designed. For those without a car, bus stops with connections to the city center and major shops are within walking distance. Living here has been an absolutely wonderful experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The quality of the painting is poor. If any chair touches the wall, the paint pills off leaking major dents on the wall.

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden at the back of the house and the very spacious car park
