Sleek and sharp with a modern finish

Very nice and clean nice mix of white and beige with floor tiles radiators are fully functioning and heat up really quickly which helps in the winter or when you are cold windows open in 2 ways with 4 windows in each main room e.g bed room and kitchen if you have a 2 room house

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good amount of store for needs and wants with lots of transportation local area is calm not alot of noise and flats are always quiet making it easy to get some good sleep after work

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing I’m completely fine with the system although I do wish I Knew that mail or packages would go to the reception

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Disappointments all around in concord house

The studio flat is tiny, reasonable for a single person, but definitely too small for a family of 3, such as ours. The facilities within the flat are below satisfactory. The hob is very weak, the ventilation is non existent near enough, the shower often breaks, the sink is clogged despite numerous times trying to unblock it, the bathroom ventilation doesn’t work. Repair once reported to management take forever, e.g. i reported a blocked sink in December and in April I still haven’t seen a repairman.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Concord house hallways are extremely hot all seasons of the year, in the summer the building gets exhaustingly hot throughout. The transport links are very good, buses, train and tam all within walking distance. Parking is extortionate. Traffic noise is very high as the building is on the main road, and you can hear ambulances throughout the day and night as mayday hospital is a street away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is overly hot all year round, and the management is condescending.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is extremely poor in concord house. The lady manager thinks she owns concord house, she’s extremely condescending. One of my neighbours had no working hob for several weeks, she’s pregnant with children. It’s sad really.

Concord house isn’t what it seems

The design is nice but not for children the place is not ideal for kids as they can reach ovens all the main switches etc there is no place for the kids to get out and play and as the rooms are so small there’s nothing for them to do also with young children who are always falling down the floors here are not ideal

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the location because we are very close to shops and there’s lots of transport around the only downfall I have is that we are on a busy main road right next a hospital so we hear loud sirens constantly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in here I wish I had known That it wasn’t suitable for kids

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very slow and not in a rush to fix anything we complain about things over and over and nothing is ever done and if it is it’s months later

Concorde house is clean and tidy

The development I’ve very nice and clean the design is very modern and easy to keep clean the fridge cooker and everything included I’ve never had a problem with and if I did I know management would work quick to sort it out the day management are very good go over and beyond but some of the night time management don’t really do much a couple do but one just sits back and when spoken to or ask a question is told he doesn’t know

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There are good local shops but other then that I would say the area that Concorde house is in is a gang riddle area and would say it’s the worst place to live in Croydon

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flooring is very hard and I had a 5 month old when j moved and had to buy padded flooring square to put around the bed as he has had a fall and hurt himself on the floor

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues as I haven’t had any but I know if I did they would work to get it sorted asap
