Excellent

In terms of our building everything seems to be working fine and I think this is credit to our management building team. The people I met and helped me with everything since the first view of the apartment and then moving in and still continue to support is Adriana Rosiejka and Amardeep. They seem to be doing a great job to manage the building. The hall is always clean, the lifts work fine, the design of the apartment is great with lots of space and everything a family may need. We got lots of facilities which Adriana and Amardeep suggested us such as tenant shop.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Living in my area in general is really nice – we have lots of places to go out, the neighborhood is secure and you always feel save, it is really clean etc. Recently with the Elizabeth line we have 3 line trains in our area and all of those are reachable within 10 minutes walk which is great. In the aspect of noise our place is really quite and there are no traffic noise; the bin collections are fine; the parking seems to be a bit difficult as we don’t have a permit to park in our building. If you want to get a permit around they are very expensive and you will need to secure and find a place yourself and it may be far way from home which is a bit annoying.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building does not have a parking space itself so you need to secure it yourself.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Seems now we didn’t have any problems, but they responded every question that we had till now.

Seamless Move-Out Thanks to Stellar Management

30 Harbord Square stands out as a testament to modern living, encapsulating both style and security within its architectural design. The building, equipped with the latest technology and security gadgets, offers peace of mind and a sense of futuristic living. The attention to detail in the design and the emphasis on safety are evident from the moment you step inside.

The facilities at 30 Harbord Square are top-notch, with advanced security features and technology-infused doors enhancing both convenience and security. The quality of these amenities is unparalleled, and the maintenance team deserves a special mention for their professionalism. They ensure the building remains pristine, implementing continuous updates and maintenance seamlessly, without disrupting daily life.

Adriana and Amardeep, the building management team, reflect the development’s commitment to excellence. Their proactive approach and dedication to resident satisfaction have significantly enhanced the living experience. Their efforts, coupled with effective property management, ensure any issues are addressed swiftly, maintaining the high standards of 30 Harbord Square.

The community and environment surrounding the development are equally impressive. Well-connected by bus and train links, the area offers easy access to the wider city while retaining a sense of secluded luxury with its security gates. This balance of connectivity and privacy fosters a unique community spirit, making 30 Harbord Square not just a place to live but a place to belong.

In conclusion, 30 Harbord Square delivers an exceptional living experience, combining modern design, outstanding facilities, and a vibrant community. It represents urban living at its best, set in a secure and well-maintained environment. I wholeheartedly recommend this development to those seeking a high-quality, secure, and connected lifestyle.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Living in Canary Wharf offers a vibrant mix of modern conveniences and urban lifestyle. The area boasts a wide range of high-quality shops, upscale restaurants, and trendy bars, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. The open spaces, including parks and waterfront areas, provide a refreshing escape from the bustling city life.

Transport links are a major plus, with excellent connectivity to central London via the Underground (Jubilee Line), DLR, and upcoming Elizabeth Line, making commuting and exploring the city highly convenient. However, peak times can see overcrowding, and weekend closures for maintenance can be a nuisance.

Residential life on the streets of Canary Wharf is generally of a high standard. The area is well-maintained, with regular bin collections and minimal anti-social behaviour, contributing to a safe and clean environment. However, parking can be challenging and expensive, primarily designed for short stays and residents with permits.

One downside is the potential for noise, especially from traffic and ongoing construction, as the area continues to develop. This can detract from the otherwise peaceful setting, particularly in busier commercial zones.

Overall, Canary Wharf is an excellent place for those seeking a dynamic urban lifestyle with the convenience of modern amenities and transport links, though it comes with some of the typical city-living like high living costs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving into 30 Harbord Square, I wish I’d known about the car-free zone policy. Parking is a challenge due to no on-site facilities. For car owners, it’s crucial to explore nearby parking options or adapt to alternative transport methods. Plan ahead to avoid unexpected inconveniences.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Massive kudos to the dynamic duo, Adriana and Amardeep, for transforming our move-out experience into something out of a dream! These stars of the building management world didn’t just meet expectations; they vaulted over them with grace and professionalism. From seamless handling of referencing to the swift return of our deposit, they made every step feel like a breeze, a rare find in the maze of agency processes. Their dedication shone brightly, turning potential headaches into moments of ease. A huge thank you to this incredible team for their unparalleled support and for making our departure as joyful as our stay!

Perfectly valued development within a rapidly changing location

Canary Wharf has been drastically changing in the last few years and it seems to have only accelerated in the last few months. The 30 Harbord Square is an excellent example of a well priced prospect with really good size to value ratio. The flats are simple but modern in design, allowing to create a space that fits any style. Fairly clean, but that really depends on the lack you get with neighbours – it could be improved but nothing terrible.
The only little downside I’d mention is the lack of parking outside – I don’t mean even for cars, but for deliveries, smart meter set ups and not to mention emergency services. Sometimes it’s incredibly challenging to organise this. I’d really suggest this gets improved for the safety and well-being of the tenants.
Otherwise, I think it’s an excellent development

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Amazing access to restaurants and bars, shops, transport links. Really clean around, local initiatives such as open festivals and free movie screenings! Canary Wharf is truly getting more and more residential. Parking availability is terrible though and I’d say that’s the only real problem – especially for deliveries of white goods and furniture. It could also be a little greener but I can see CW is trying to add some green spaces here and there so I’m excited to see how it progresses. It is currently a little loud from time to time due to constrictions, but I have to say the windows in my flat are really good at noise cancelling and there’s a lot of moments with windows open or closed where I catch myself thinking how quiet it is!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Frankly, only parking and how to coordinate moving in when there’s no where to park. Lack of white goods is also unique, however, my property managers were very upfront about this. There was really very little surprises, so I really appreciate the transparency. Actually, my expectations have been exceed for this place overall!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely, they’re super quick communicative and really polite.

Great facilities

The building itself is great – nice and modern. Shame the neighbours destroy it all in no time. They don’t care for it as if it was their own.
The management could do more. Absolutely yes! There’s a tenancy contract that many don’t abide, and nothing happen to them. Is it laziness to pursue anti-social behaviour matters forward or find new tenants? I am not sure..
The good tenants that follow all rules, seem to be in disadvantage and have to put up with all the issues.
Other than the poor neighbours, Canary wharf is a fantastic area to live.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is great. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, all you need around you. Transport links are fantastic. There’s no car parking facilities, which is not great when you want to receive visitors; unfortunately this building seems to attract people with no social manners – noise out of hours, consumption of drugs, vandalism and dirty communal areas are a constant within my neighbours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished to be informed the profile of the neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly. Nothing else to add. Nothing else to add.
