The Quarters Kilburn Apartments has a simple design, high standard and a modern convenient furnished such as a kitchen with a fully equipped (except oven and fan), bed with a convenient mattress (according to standard of firmness scale is a medium, which is very good), wardrobe and desk with chairs, lights are very suitable, wooden floor and heaters. Also, the building has been included a secure systems (CCTV and smoke/fire systems). Further, they have a good broadband provider for internet. Further more, all the environment of building is very convenient and clean. One of the features of building has a Starbucks cafe store.
We don’t forget the team-works that stands behind the management and maintenance with leaded by Selna Franco. She has all the ingredients for success in managing the building, whether on a personal or professional level. She is a friendly & patient to solve and all problems and make everything easy for the tenant. She is always smiling. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The Quarters Kilburn Apartments is located in area which is available a variety of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Gym’s and shopping stores. I think so all what you need is available in that local area. Also, It has been located near to Paddington Recreation Ground (Gardens). All public transportations are available and near such as Kilburn overground, Kilburn park underground and buses. The Kilburn High Road is a bit crowded through the day but peaceful in the night.

Manager Response

Dear Alaa,

It gives me great pleasure to be the one to share your wonderful feedback with the team.

We are so happy to hear that you have enjoyed your time at The Quarters Kilburn and we really appreciate your comments.

With great pride we take time in focusing on guest satisfaction and making our studios comfortable and convenient.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

All the best,
The Quarters Team

Ideal living space for a single professional, you instantly feel at home

Though it is a little more expensive for a one bedroom studio than other similar properties in the area, the extra cost is worth it. Most importantly for the building manager Selna who not only deals with any request you might have but also makes you feel welcome and at home as you walk through the lobby. The security is brilliant, you feel safe as soon as you walk through the door. The maintenance guys are also brilliant, quickly and efficiently fixing anything you need after just one email. The literal only downside is the washing machine and dryer facilities which in my opinion are not enough to service the whole building especially since one of the dryers is not very good at all. Apart from that, for a single professional like me it is the ideal living environment with everything you need, inside and out, so close by.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Tesco is so close, about a 2 min walk away. Kilburn Park station is really close and there are lots of buses & night buses (bus stop outside of the Quarters). There’s great restaurants/eateries and bars/pubs along Kilburn High Road as well as shops (Primark, Argos)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extra payments: For continuous reliable internet, you need to pay extra. You have to pay a large fee if you lock yourself out of your flat. You have to pay an additional cleaning cost of £100. You have to pay for the washing machines. It felt like there were a lot of additional costs that I wasn’t expecting when I first moved in.
Also on another note you can hear the nearby overground train as it goes past at night but it is faint and I actually really liked it.

The concierge and team have been great but do seem to require one chase before things get done but they do have a large building to look after.

I decided to move here primarily for the great location. The Quarters is 5 minutes from the station and as my clients are based across the south it is very convenient – before I was living in Purley and had to travel to East Croydon to then travel back out. I had never lived in a new build development before but my manager and a colleague recommended I look at them because there are a number of new ones now completed in Croydon.

Bravo were really clever with their advertising as I actually found them on Spareroom. Other places I went to view had pictures of the flat that were clearly from years ago and not a good representation of what the flat was actually like. When I came to view The Quarters it looks exactly like the pictures and it was a really positive experience. On their website they have a 3D viewer which shows you the room and layout – this is also really accurate so you can see exactly how big the room is and my mum who lives abroad could see where I am living.

My previous landlord was not being helpful when it came to providing references and she was being tricky as she would only fill in part of the form. The team at Bravo were really understanding and went out of their way to help me, they were really human about it and actually care.

The concierge and team have been great but do seem to require one chase before things get done but they do have a large building to look after.

The room is quite small but the rent factors this in and is based on the room size and if you have a balcony. I wanted to rent a studio as I had had bad experiences before with housemates. I also think this is excellent value for money, it is close to the station, the place is clean and tidy, water electricity and WiFi are included in the bills.

I don’t know any of my neighbours – other than someone I helped carry some things for – and there aren’t any community events but I probably wouldn’t go anyway. Most people living here are young professionals and keep to themselves and are quiet.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The fact there is no park nearby is my only dislike. Travel is really convenient and Box Park is 3 minutes away with lots of food options and there always seems to be people drinking and socialising there with loud music. There are lots of places to eat, a bank and big shopping centre nearby. We are meant to have 24 hour security, though I never see them but I do feel safe here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can’t really modify the room. The tables are fixed and the bed is big so you can’t move it – so all the places here end up looking the same. I would like to put up posters but I am not allowed to and there are three pictures on the wall that I am not allowed to take down!

Katie and her management team are excellent – always with an eye for detail and ALWAYS very helpful.

Katie and her management team are excellent – always with an eye for detail and ALWAYS very helpful. The property is spread over six floors with a service lift to all levels. I’ve now stayed on the third and now fourth floors. The rooms are perfectly adequate – you’ve got a 4′ 6″ bed, large combi wardrobe and a lovely en-suite bathroom. The “kitchen” area is small and has a microwave, kettle and sink – all OK if you can live off cooking with a microwave!
The rooms have electric heating on a phased cycle – you’re never cold in the winter and the windows open fully in the summer to cool the rooms down.
There are two industrial size washing machines & tumble dryers on the ground floor – you need to pick your times but I have never failed to get washing done OK.
There is chargeable parking next door if you have a car but, unless you need a car, the immediate access to Watford Junction station and the town centre negates the need for one.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

This is my second stay at The Quarters in Watford. Katie and her team have always gone that extra mile, from application through to handing you your access key, to ensure you are dealt with fairly and correctly.
The site is just off St. Albans Road in Watford – less than 400 yards away from Watford Junction train station and a 10 minute walk into Watford town centre.
There are local convenience shops for basis and a large Sainsbury’s as you get to the town centre.
Watford Borough Council have a sports centre a stones throw away so you’ve got all you’ll need VERY close to the site.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can be noisy in rooms at front overlooking St. Albans Road

A Young Professionals Perfect Place to Stay!

The Quarters Croydon is very well positioned. The 6 Platform station is only a 3 Minute Walk away. The Apartments are fully furnished and beautifully layed out with Guaranteed Great value for Money. The Kitchen is small however perfect when it comes to cleaning. Don’t be fooled it is all a Young professional needs. Great Concierge and security services and a Laundry Room that Utilizes one of the most user friendly app ever. It even lets you know when your washing is ready ! I frequently order off amazon and you can be guaranteed that your parcel will be safely handed over to the concierge services should you be unavailable. They are highly compliant when it comes to fire and other safety checks but will always communicate to you should access to your room be needed.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Fantastic Access to a 6 Platform Station with frequent trains into London and to Brighton. Additional Trams into Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction. Boxpark for a wide variety of places to grab a meal. Pure Gym just 2 Minute Walk away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1. There are two sides to the property try get an apartment avoiding facing the main road. The noise of cars passing is not something that should change your mind but can be a slight off put. 2 The Apartments retain a lot of heat in summer, Unless you have a Balcony Apartment you will absolutely need a Fan ! 🙂
